2.1.1. In order to place an order, the User may, once, without prior registration and login, complete the order form by filling it in by providing the company name, tax identification number, name, surname, address, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number. The above-mentioned data is processed only for the time necessary to perform the order and is not made available by the Administrator to third parties, except for persons whose participation is necessary to perform the order, i.e. the carrier. After completing the order, the data is deleted.

2.1.2. In order to place an order, the User may also register on the Website by clicking the "Register" option. Then the data provided during the registration of the User's account, i.e. company name, tax identification number, name, surname, address, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number will be kept. To set up, you will also need to provide your login and password. The login does not have to contain the User's first or last name under any circumstances. Then the data provided by the User will be saved by the Website and after logging in, their provision will not be needed when placing another order. The data will be processed for the time necessary, in any case not longer than until the User submits an objection.

2.1.3. In order to register the software, the User completes the registration form. The above-mentioned data and the file generated on the target computer with the purchased software sent using the same form are used to generate a license key and associate it with a specific order. 2.1.4. The website allows you to contact the Administrator by phone or e-mail. By contacting one of the above-mentioned methods, you provide e-mail address, login, telephone number. These data are used only for contact purposes, i.e. preparing an answer to a question asked by the User.

2.1.5. The user has the right to inspect the data processed by the Administrator at any time, the right to request their change, as well as their removal. 2.1.6. Personal data collected for the needs of the customer account, the User may at any time, independently and freely edit and delete. The data is deleted or edited by clicking "Your account" and then selecting the "edit data" or "delete data" option available there.

2.1.7. The user may also ask the Administrator to delete the customer's account. For this purpose, please send an appropriate message to the following e-mail address: tiger-soft@tiger-soft.com.pl, providing your e-mail address or login. Before deleting the account, the user will be asked to verify by entering the login and password to the account.

2.1.8. The user may unsubscribe at any time. He can do it himself by modifying the client's account settings. To do this, go to the "Your account" tab, then "Subscription" and select the "cancel" option. The User may also resign by sending a message to the e-mail address: tiger-soft@tiger-soft.com.pl. Before canceling the newsletter or subscription, the user will be asked to verify by entering the login and password to the account.

3. Cookie files and how they are used

3.1.
